How does the pricing work?
My pricing is based on a formula (are you surprised?)
For the High Tech CFO Package the formula is $2000 + (Annual Rev x .0006) = price per month
For the High Tech Controller Package $1500 + (Annual Rev x .0004) = price per month
For the High Tech Accountant Package $1000/month and is for businesses with less than $1m in annual revenue.
What's included in "full-suite accounting"?
We handle everything a traditional firm does—bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and real-time reporting (P&L, balance sheets)—using Docyt and QuickBooks Online. Docyt’s AI automates expense categorization, receipt matching, month-end close process and multi-entity reporting, saving 10-20 hours/week.
How often will we meet?
High Tech CFO Package support offers a 1-2 hour call weekly for deeper strategy and guidance. High Tech Controller support includes a 1-hour call every other week to review financials and set goals. I’m your trusted advisor, here to give you clear direction. Once onboarded we will discuss the best schedule for you and get all meetings schedule out, staying 1 month in advance. Meetings will be conducted virtually over Google Meet.
